Terms for using agustinbosio.com, its content and its contact channels.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

For questions about these terms, write to agustin@agustinbosio.com.

1. Owner and scope

This website belongs to Agustín Bosio, an independent professional established in Spain. You can contact agustin@agustinbosio.com.

These terms cover use of the website, its content and its contact channels. The website presents supply chain and operations consulting services, professional experience and informational content.

2. Information and consulting engagements

Access to the website content is free. Articles, examples and case studies are informational and should be considered in the context of each business. Results from previous projects or illustrative examples do not guarantee future outcomes.

Sending an enquiry or booking a call starts a conversation; it does not, by itself, purchase a service or create a payment obligation. Scope, deliverables, fees, timescales and other applicable conditions will be agreed separately before work begins.

These website terms do not replace a specific consulting agreement or change either party’s statutory rights.

3. Appropriate use and contact form

Use the website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Provide accurate contact information and only information you are entitled to share.

Do not use the form for spam, impersonation, malicious code or unlawful activity. Do not attempt unauthorised access to systems or data or cause excessive load that disrupts the service.

Include only what is needed to explain your enquiry. If a project requires confidential documents, an appropriate channel and sharing arrangements will be agreed first.

4. Intellectual property

Text, design, images and other website materials are protected by rights belonging to Agustín Bosio or their respective owners. Third-party brands and references remain subject to their owners’ rights.

You may read the content and share links to the website. Other reproduction or exploitation requires the relevant permission, except where allowed by law. Use of the website does not transfer rights in its content.

5. External services and Google

The website links to external services, including Calendly and LinkedIn. Their operators’ terms apply when you use those services. You can report an incorrect link or issue using the contact email.

The contact form uses Gmail to deliver enquiries to the owner. Visitors do not need to sign in with Google or grant access to their accounts. The Google connection belongs to the account authorised by the owner and is used for contact form delivery.

6. Personal information and marketing

The privacy policy explains how contact form information is processed, including purposes, retention, providers and your rights.

Marketing emails require you to tick the relevant optional box. Submitting an enquiry does not opt you into marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to agustin@agustinbosio.com or using the unsubscribe method provided in communications.

7. Availability and responsibility

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website current and operational, although errors or interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. If the form fails, you can email agustin@agustinbosio.com directly.

Responsibility will be determined under applicable law and, for consulting work, the relevant agreement. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or restrict mandatory consumer rights where applicable.

8. Updates

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the website or applicable law. The published version will show its update date. Changes do not retrospectively alter consulting agreements already entered into.

9. Questions, applicable law and disputes

For questions or complaints relating to the website, write to agustin@agustinbosio.com.

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules and rights in your place of residence where applicable. Disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, respecting consumer protection rules.

Read about how your information is handled in the privacy policy.
