Kill the copy-paste: start with one daily task
Don’t automate everything. List every repetitive task your team does. For each one write minutes per run and runs per week. Multiply.
The top of that list is your first automation. It’s usually boring: orders typed from emails, a weekly report built by hand, stock updated in two systems.
Most of these need a rule, not AI. If the input always looks the same, a simple script handles it for free. Save AI for the messy inputs a rule can’t read.
